Delivery
Wherever possible your order will be sent within 24 hours (subject to stock availability
and payment clearance).
Delivery Options
Standard UK Delivery: this is charged at £1.50 for orders up to a value of £20. All
other orders are charged at £3.50 per UK delivery address, regardless of the number
of items ordered. Delivery is FREE on all orders over £150. Your parcel will be sent
1st Class with Royal Mail and should be with you the following day, but please allow
up to four working days. Please be aware that no post will be sent on Saturdays,
Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Express UK Delivery: being a small company, the office is not always manned so
this service is not always available. When available, it will be listed as an option on the
checkout page. This is charged at £7.95 per UK delivery address and your order will be
sent with Royal Mail's Special Delivery service. Orders must be received by midday and
orders received before midday on Fridays will be delivered on Mondays. A signature will
be required on delivery.
European Delivery: this is charged at £6.95 per European delivery address for orders
up to 1kg in weight (approximately two pairs of pyjamas). Your parcel will be sent with
Royay Mail's Airmail service and should be be with you within four working days but
please allow up to ten. If your parcel weighs more than 1kg, we will contact you to inform
you of any extra delivery costs.
Non-European Delivery: this is charged at £11.95 per non-European delivery address for
orders up to 1kg in weight (approximately two pairs of pyjamas). Your parcel will be sent
with Royal Mail's Airmail service and should be with you within five working days, but
please allow up to ten. If your parcel weighs more than 1kg, we will contact you to inform
you of any extra delivery costs. Please note that you will be responsible for any taxes or
duties that may be levied by the destination country. In most cases, there will be no
charges, but please contact your local customs office for more information as it varies
from country to country. Mail order items will pass duty-free into the USA if they are worth
less than $200 USD.
Signing for your order: a signature is ONLY required if you are ordering more than £200
worth of goods, or have chosen the Express UK Delivery option.
Payment methods: we accept all major credit cards including American Express.
Gift wrapping: if requested, all orders are beautifully wrapped for free. If you would like us
to enclose a personal message from you, you can add this during the checkout process.
Returns
Pan's promise: if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return
it to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their
original condition, unwashed and unworn.
Christmas returns policy
Any items ordered between 1st November and 22nd December must be returned to us, in
their original condition, unwashed and unworn, no later than 10th January for a full refund.
Items returned after this date will need to be exchanged for another item or a credit note
may be raised at our discretion.
Refunds
Simply complete the returns form which came with your delivery and send the item(s) back to:

On receipt of your returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding any
delivery costs (in the unlikely event that your items were faulty when they reached you or were
not the items you ordered, we will of course reimburse all delivery costs).
Please note that pj pan is not responsible for return postage, nor does it accept liability for
goods lost or damaged in the post. We therefore advise you to obtain proof of postage from the
post office or return the items via recorded delivery.
Exchanges
Please return the item(s) as instructed above and mark on the returns form which item(s) you
would like us to send in their place. You will not be charged delivery costs when we send your
new order (applies to UK only).
