Delivery and Returns

UK / Channel Islands Delivery Options

Wherever possible your order will be sent within 24 hours (subject to stock availability and payment clearance). Please be aware that no post will be sent on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

2nd Class Delivery: FREE on all orders over £50.  For small orders under £25 postage is charged at £1.50.  For orders between £25-£50 postage is charged at £3.50. Your parcel will be sent 2nd Class with Royal Mail and should be with you within 3 working days, but please allow up to five working days. VAT will automatically be removed for the Channel Islands.

1st Class Delivery: this is charged at £2.50 for small items up to a value of £25. All other orders are charged at £4.50 per UK delivery address. Your parcel will be sent 1st Class with Royal Mail and should be with you the following day, but please allow up to three working days. VAT will automatically be removed for the Channel Islands.

Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery: this is charged at £8.95 per UK delivery address and your order will be delivered next working day with Royal Mail's Guaranteed Service. Orders must be received by midday but please note that orders received before midday on Friday will be delivered on Monday and orders received after midday on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.  Guaranteed Saturday delivery can be arranged at an extra cost - please call if you require this.  A signature will be required on all Next Day deliveries.  This service may not always be available, but when is it available it will be listed as an option on the delivery page of the checkout process. If it is not showing as an option, please call us on 0845 6588994 as we may still be able to offer this service.

European Delivery Options

UK VAT (20% on adult items, 0% on children's items) will automatically be removed from online product prices when you select a NON-EU country as the delivery destination in the checkout process.

Standard European Delivery:
this is charged at £8.95 per European delivery address for orders up to 1kg in weight (approximately two pairs of pyjamas). Your parcel will be sent with Royal Mail's Standard International service which aims to deliver your item within 5 working days but please allow up to 10 working days. Please note that this service is not trackable and we cannot be held responsible for delayed items. If your parcel weighs more than 1kg, we will contact you to inform you of any extra delivery costs. 

Tracked European Delivery: this is charged at £14.95 per European delivery address for orders up to 1kg in weight (approximately two pairs of pyjamas). Your parcel will be sent with Royal Mail's International Tracked service which aims to deliver your item within 5 working days, but please allow up to 10 working days. Please note that this service is only available for certain countries as Royal Mail do not offer this service worldwide. Your item will receive priority handling in UK and overseas and benefits from an online tracking facility, so you can check your mail's progress along the way. Your parcel can be tracked on Royal Mail's website using the tracking reference provided on your shipment email. Please note though that this is a fully tracked airmail service not a courier service and we cannot be held resonsbile for delayed items. If your parcel weighs more than 1kg, we will contact you to inform you of any extra delivery costs.

FedEx International Priority Delivery: this is charged at £39.95 per European delivery for orders up to 1kg in weight (approximately two pairs of pyjamas). Your parcel will be sent with FedEx's Priority Service which aims to deliver your items within 1-2 working days. Please note we cannot be held responsible for items delayed in customs. If your parcel weighs more than 1kg or is subject to any additional charges from FedEx, we will contact you to inform you of any extra delivery costs. Please note this service is only available online for certain European countries - if you would like a FedEx quote for any other country please contact us for a price and estimated delivery time.

Non-European Delivery Options

Your parcel will be sent with FedEx's Priority Service which aims to deliver your items to most worldwide countries within 1-4 working days depending on the destination (see below for FedEx's estimated transit times), but please note we cannot be held responsible if FedEx take longer than their esimated time or if your package is delayed in customs. If your parcel weighs more than 1kg or is subject to any additional charges from FedEx, we will contact you to inform you of any extra delivery costs. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any taxes or duties that may be levied by the destination country. In most cases, there will be no duty charges, but please contact your local customs office for more information as it varies from country to country. Mail order items will pass duty-free into the USA if they are worth less than $200 USD. Please note this service is only available online for the countries listed below - if you would like a FedEx quote for any other country please contact us for a price and estimated delivery time.

Delivery Information

Signing for your order: a signature is ONLY required if you are ordering more than £200 worth of goods, or have chosen an Express or Tracked Delivery service.

Gift wrapping: during the checkout process you will have the option to add gift wrapping to your order.  This is charged at £4.95 and your order will be beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and enclosed in one of our embossed PJ Pan gift boxes. You will also be able to add a personal message to the order. Click here for more information. If the gift is being sent straight to the recipient we will not include an invoice, but please note that if the package is being sent to a country outside the EU, we will have to include an invoice due to customs regulations. 

Incorrect delivery information: PJ Pan cannot be held responsible for undelivered goods where an invalid or incorrect address was provided by the customer.  In such circumstances, refunds or replacement goods will not be given, unless we receive the original items back from Royal Mail, undamaged and in their original condition.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Visa Electon, Visa Debit, Mastercard, UK Maestro, International Maestro & American Express).  If for any reason you are unable to use any of these cards, please contact us and we can email you a PayPal invoice.

Returns

Pan's promise: if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange (excluding any postage and gift wrapping costs). If you require a longer returns period please contact us before placing your order and we will try to accommodate this whenever possible. All items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, unworn (except for the purpose of trying on) and with swing tags still attached.  Please note, if you are returning anything from outside the EU, the parcel must be returned correctly and marked as "returned goods" to avoid any UK customs charges.  If charges are incurred by PJ Pan, they will be deducted from your refund.

Simply complete the returns form which came with your delivery and send the item(s) back to:

On receipt of your returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding any delivery costs (in the unlikely event that your items were faulty when they reached you or were not the items you ordered, we will of course reimburse all delivery costs).  If you return any items from an order that received Free Delivery, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount, unless the value of any retained items still exceeds the Free Delivery threshold.

Please note that PJ Pan is not responsible for return postage, nor does it accept liability for goods lost or damaged in the post. We therefore advise you to obtain proof of postage from the post office or return the items via recorded delivery.  

Exchanges

Please return the item(s) as instructed above and mark on the returns form which item(s) you would like us to send in their place. You will not be charged delivery costs when we send your replacement item(s) (applies to UK only). However, please note that any further exchanges relating to the same order will incur a minimum delivery charge of £3.50 (any additional costs for heavier/larger items will be charged at cost).
