How to earn PJ Points
You will earn PJ Points every time you make a purchase on the PJ Pan website. For every £1 you spend (excluding delivery), you'll earn 1 PJ Point which is worth 1 pence. Once your order has been dispatched you will then be able to redeem these points on future orders. Please note, in the interests of being fare to all our customers you cannot earn points retrospectively on orders you placed before you signed up to our Loyalty Programme.

How to redeem your PJ Points
Redeeming your your PJ Points could not be easier.

Log in to your account and add your products to your shopping bag.

Click on 'Bag' in the top right corner and then select 'View and Edit bag'.

Once on the bag page you'll find a 'Spend Your Points' section. Select how many points you'd like to spend by adjusting the slider.

Your PJ Points will now be redeemed as a 'Discount' beneath the 'Subtotal' at the bottom of the shopping bag page. It will also confirm how many points you've spent and how many you've earned from your new order. Please note, you cannot redeem your points against delivery costs.

Once you are happy with everything, proceed to the checkout.
