A recent study has revealed that after a busy day at work millions of adults in the UK return home and immediately get into their pyjamas. The study, which was commissioned by Premier Inn,  found that one in ten of us gets straight into our nightwear immediately after arriving home from work.

Typically, however, the British population tends to jump into their sleepsuits at 9.11pm each night… according to the survey. The report concudes that just under half of us are at our happiest when lounging around the house in pyjamas and that nearly a quarter have spent an entire weekend in them on more than one occasion.

“We think this laid-back approach is great. Feeling comfortable is certain to help towards a good night’s sleep" said a spokesman for Premier Inn.
